ROCHESTER, NY · WHAT I ACTUALLY DO

You've already earned
the reviews.

Hundreds of people took the time to write that you do good work. Right now that only helps if someone is already looking at your Google listing. I build you a real website that puts that reputation where people actually search — Google, and increasingly ChatGPT.

THE HONEST VERSION

I build the site first, then call you.

Most people in my position call to ask if you want a website. I'd rather just build it, show you, and let you decide from something real. If you don't want it, you've lost a phone call and I've lost an afternoon. That's the whole risk.

Built from your reviews

Your actual customers' words, quoted exactly, with their names and dates. Nothing invented, nothing exaggerated.

Built from your photos

The pictures already on your Google listing — your shop, your truck, your work. Not stock photos of somebody else's business.

Blanks stay blank

Anything I can't verify — your license number, your response time, your prices — shows as a marked placeholder until you tell me. I don't make things up about your business.

THE $500

What gets built

One time. Live in five days from the day you say go, or you don't pay the setup.

The website

  • A page for your business, a page for each service you offer, and a page for each town you serve — so you show up for "gutter cleaning Greece NY," not just your business name
  • Your real reviews, your real photos, your hours, your phone number
  • Built for a phone first — most of your customers are standing in the driveway looking at the problem
  • A call button that follows them down the page. One tap, phone rings.
  • Loads in about a second. No cookie banners, no popups, nothing that gets in the way of calling you.

The plumbing behind it

  • Your domain, in your name. You own it. If you ever fire me, you keep the site and the domain — I'll hand over the files.
  • Your Google Business Profile cleaned up and pointed at the new site
  • Search engines told exactly what you do, where, and what you charge for it (structured data)
  • AI assistants allowed to read it — most sites accidentally block them. Yours won't.
  • A tracking phone number, so you can actually see what the site brought in
THE PART MOST PEOPLE HAVEN'T CAUGHT UP TO

People ask ChatGPT for a plumber now.

When someone types "best auto repair shop near Webster NY" into ChatGPT or Claude, the answer gets assembled from pages those systems can read. A Google listing alone usually isn't enough — there's no page to quote, no services spelled out, no reviews it can cite.

Your site is built so those systems can read it and repeat it: every service written out in plain language, your reviews on the page, and the crawlers explicitly allowed in. I'm not promising you'll be the answer. I'm making sure you're eligible to be one — which right now, with no website, you're not.

THE $150 A MONTH

What keeps happening after launch

This is the part that makes it worth having. A website nobody maintains quietly rots — wrong hours, dead phone number, reviews from three years ago.

WhatWhy it matters to you
Hosting, security & domainIt stays online, stays secure, and the renewal never lapses. Nothing for you to remember.
Unlimited changesNew service, price change, holiday hours, new truck — you text me, it's done. No ticket system, no hourly rate.
Fresh reviews addedYour newest Google reviews get pulled onto the site, so the proof on the page is current instead of frozen at launch.
Google Business Profile upkeepPosts, photos, hours, and Q&A kept current — that listing is still where most of your calls start.
Seasonal pagesSnow plowing in October, ice dams in January, spring cleanups in March. The site follows your year.
Call trackingA number that tells you how many calls the site produced. If it's zero, you'll know, and you should fire me.
A monthly noteOne page: calls, what changed, what I'd do next. Plain English, no dashboard you'll never log into.
OPTIONAL · +$100/MONTH

Stop losing the calls you miss

You're under a sink or up a ladder. The phone rings. They don't leave a message — they call the next guy. This fixes that.

Missed-call text-back

Miss a call and they instantly get a text: "Sorry we missed you — what do you need?" The conversation keeps going instead of ending.

Chat box on the site

People who won't call will type. Those messages come to you as texts.

Everything in one thread

Calls, texts, chats, and quote requests all land in one place on your phone. Nothing to log into.

WHAT I WILL NOT TELL YOU

Nobody can promise you rankings. I won't either.

Things I don't guarantee

  • That you'll rank #1 on Google
  • A specific number of calls or new customers
  • That ChatGPT will recommend you
  • Any revenue figure

Anyone who promises you those is guessing, and they're doing it with your money. I have no baseline data on your business yet — so I'm not going to pretend I can predict the outcome.

The one thing I do guarantee

Your site is live within 5 days of you saying go — or the $500 setup is free and you keep the site anyway.

No long contract on the monthly. Cancel any time with 30 days' notice. The domain is in your name from day one, so you're never locked in by hostage-taking.

HOW IT GOES

Four steps, and only one of them is yours

STEP 01

You look at the site I already built

It exists before I ever ask you for money. Look at it on your phone tonight.

STEP 02

We talk for fifteen minutes

I ask the handful of things I couldn't verify — license number, whether estimates are free, what you actually charge for. That's the only real work you do.

STEP 03

I register your domain and put it live

In your name. Within five days. I'll point your Google listing at it the same week.

STEP 04

You text me when something changes

That's the whole ongoing relationship. New price, new service, new photo — text it, it's live that day.

THE MATH

One job pays for the year.

$150 a month is $1,800 a year. Most of the businesses I build for charge more than that for a single job. If the site brings in one customer a year, it paid for itself — and you'd be the first person I've met who thinks it'll only be one.
